Liu Guanglin, secretary and vice president of the Party branch of our college, was invited to attend the training course of "two new" party organization Secretary held by the Organization Department of Handan Municipal Party committee. The training course was held in Baisha, Wu'an city. Professors from the Party School of the municipal Party committee gave lectures and conducted on-site exchanges. About 200 Party branch secretaries attended the training. 52 party construction demonstration units were observed and exchanged on the spot, which is of great help to the "two new" organization of Party Construction in Handan.
